Return and Refund Policy

At Love Alchemy Online Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and personal use, the following items are non-returnable: [e.g., Intimate apparel, cosmetic items, customized products, earrings, or perishable goods].

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Please email us at alchemy.luxe@gmail.com or call us at +91 9648975092 within 7 days of delivery.
• Please include your Order ID and a photo/video of the damaged/defective product (if applicable) in your email.

3. Reverse Pickup

• If the return is approved due to a defect or error on our part, we will arrange for a reverse pickup at no extra cost to you.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or no longer needed, the customer will bear the reverse shipping costs.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) used during the purchase.
• If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue a Store Credit.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return process.
